Sanjay Kinger has been an active in Law and Finance for more than 20 years in India and Australia. He is a qualified attorney and Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA). He has pursued dual careers and is the Chief Financial Officer of the largest grocers of Australia, Perfection Fresh. He directs, controls and administers the company’s financial activities to ensure planning and budgeting activities meet corporate goals. He is the only Member on our team who is an Attorney and CPA both. He was the Chief Accountant of the company for seven years. His Legal background has been an asset in establishing and directing the company’s financial administrative activities, devising policy approaches and strategies, coordinating the development and implementation of accounting and related systems and controlling taxation, credit policy, cash flow and investment policy.
Sanjay Kinger has a technological edge in managing systems and technology infrastructure in an environment of intense regulatory scrutiny and keeping abreast of ever-changing laws and regulations and making a serious contribution to sustainable growth and transparently reporting. Additionally, he has more than eight years of heading Human Resources. He is a master in and Finance and Accounting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System and related applications. He is an avid sports fan and never misses a cricket or a football match anywhere in or around Australia. He is also a nature lover and supports wild life by volunteering time for animal and bird rehabilitation. He has actively supported the underprivileged by providing Free Legal Clinic and Advice.

Abe S. Dube is a trained research professional with a solid background in the fields of Economics, Finance, and Marketing. His professional modus operandi is to provide top-notch services by carefully balancing theory and intuition in order to transform information in to actionable knowledge. Abe received his BA in International Economics and Finance from Ryerson University (2008) and a Diploma in Pure and Applied Sciences from Vanier College (2002).
As a Market & Competitive Intelligence Analyst at KPMG Canada, Abe was responsible for producing monthly competitive intelligence newsletters and quarterly competitor thought leadership reviews for the firm's C-levels and partners. He was also involved in carrying on ad-hoc projects including: SWOT analyses, economic & industry overviews.
Abe's first exposure to market research was during his tenure as an analyst for a leather furniture manufacturer, Legendary Leather House Inc. His responsibilities included: pricing and costing of product line, and competitive intelligence, market, and feasibility reports. While completing his BA, Abe was able to secure a position as a Research Assistant at the Department of Economics at Ryerson University. His primary responsibility was to implement econometric techniques to test the hypothesis of tax-smoothing and its policy implications for OECD countries with respect to Public Economics/Finance.

Rajnish Khattar pioneered the first computerized accounting company in northern India west of Delhi in 1990 named DOT - Data Organizing Team. He has 20+ years of experience in working with Multi-National Companies (MNCs) and Industrial Houses with specialization in HRM (Human Resource Management, Financial Staff Recruiting, General Administration, Financial Analysis, Board Room Presentations and Global Business Development.
Mr. Khattar has continually contributed to the community he served by providing free education to people about building credit and filing taxes to enable them to authenticate their incomes to avail of banking benefits of financing. He has assisted Micro Financing Projects in Rural India since 1998.

Darya Podolskaya is a blend of two different cultures: Russian and Canadian, which has been a key quality of hers in establishing long lasting relationships with people, whether they are friends, clients or coworkers. She graduated in 2009 from Ryerson University with a BA in International Economics and Finance with the aim of pursuing further education in the same field after acquiring a few years of hands-on field experience in economic development, international relations and political science.
She started her career with a number of sales positions, moved into banking, continued with a number of positions at credit bureaus and then landed a job as a Business Development Specialist at Optimus Consulting Group, a boutique management consulting firm in Toronto. One of her many achievements during her six-month tenure at Optimus was the facilitation of a highly lucrative contract with a multinational mining client. She was instrumental in building a long-lasting relationship with the client which continues to work with Optimus. As a result, Optimus has enjoyed business expansion.
Shortly after her experiences in Canada, she moved to Russia to take on a new challenge of two jobs concurrently: 1) Grants Analyst (Scientific Information dept.) at Sochi State University, and 2) Chief Editor for Sochi's youth newspaper, Nashe Vremya Sochi. She'll be heading back to Canada shortly to plan and pack up for a year of teaching in South Korea. Darya is a product of modern globalization where work is becoming ever more mobile.
While residing in Canada, she was exposed to many different ethnicities and cultures that have made up her mind about going and experiencing them all in their places of origin. She has visited the Czech Republic as a student, traveled all over Ontario and parts of Quebec, made a trip to Nova Scotia last summer and visited Berlin on the eve of the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. Darya is currently residing and working in Sochi , Russia after living, studying and working in Canada for almost 10 years. She'll be heading to South Korea this coming fall for a new cultural experience as well as for establishment of new business ties with South-East Asia.

Charles Stedman has years of technical support experience. He comes with a computer science and management information system background with strong problem-solving and crisis management skills.He has vast and varied experience with hardware and software, both in on-premise and cloud environment of the data centers.
Mr. Stedman has been working in a fast-pace, high-volume transaction environment with Geek Squad where there were large implementations with team effort input. Heather McCarthy is an Client relations specialist working in Europe and UK. She possesses hand-on skills in high-level relations with the Government and related agencies. She has work experience in Europe with a Joint Stock company in professional areas. Since 2005, she has worked on Feasibility Projects with us for clients in Europe and USA. She has coordinated Marketing and participated in Lobbying efforts for the client's industry for local entities in Europe guided by firms knowledgeable about international business.
Ms. McCarthy has work experience in USA and is familiar with US protocols of the government. Her speciality is Public relations, professional writing, journalism and press relations. She is an avid reader and is effectively responsible for updating all the new regulations that are implemented by European Union (EU) in the Baltic countries and elsewhere in Europe.

Monika Knyzelte is a Financial Economics specialist. She has advanced knowledge of finance and accounting in EU environment. Ms. Knyzelyte is proficient in legal billing and has been a team member from 2008 Global OJT Program. She has a Bachelors Degree in Economics and is pursuing Masters. She did her project study in Sardinia, Italy. She has Special Events financial management work experience in Europe and USA.
She is passionate about dancing and music. Enjoys playing piano and taking part in International Dance Competitions. She is also a professional singer in a pop-ensemble group. She is multi-lingual with working fluency in Lithuanian, Russian, Italian and English languages. She is also a Process Service Agent for 27 countries of Europe for our Group.

Diana Jomantaite has been a Europe Coordinator for our group since 2005. She completed two On-Job-Training seasons in USA in 2006. She coordinated Group Business Activities, Travel and Logistics for all Baltic and Balkan Europe including Scandinavian Programs. Her specialization is to coordinate business delegation or team visits for new business feasibility study and project reports. She is knowledgeable, courteous and responsible with great organizational skills. Her attention to detail and planning makes the Trips productive whether the trip is for official and/or tourism. She is reliable and can be contacted for all assistance needed for Liaison, Coordination and Facilitation.
Ms. Jomantaite has extensively traveled to almost all of Europe, USA, Egypt and Turkey and is familiar with Multi-Nation business environment. Ms. Kraujalyte is developing awareness of Cloud Computing platform utilization in Finance, Accounting and Services industry by research, education and training. She is an Independent Advisor and Training Specialist for in Finance and Accounting. She possesses years of hand-on experience in Finance. Her extensive travel across the world has provided her with global expertise of large infrastructure projects and clients. Since 2003, she has worked on Industry Research Study Projects with us about Nearshoring and Smartshoring of companies moving out of Asia to Europe and Canada after abandoning Outsourcing to far flung countries. She is an avid reader and is effectively responsible for updating all the new regulations that are implemented by European Union in the Europe and Baltic countries. She is a musician, national green belt karate champion silver medalist and a national swimming champion gold medalist.
